leadlight reassembly, need help

Hi all, new to the forums here. I've got an older leadlight 105 (late 2004ish, from vital*spirit) that i disassembled a few months ago. Upon finding this forum today, I decided to try and put it back together again. I had put some arctic silver between the diode and crystal assembly, i also accidentally broke the glue holding the IR filter on. I cant't seem to be able to realign the crystal assembly/ir filter now. Does anyone have any tips for me? Thanks!

well the only way to realign the crystals is just to try! just wiggle it over the IR diodes output, and see if you get any green output. don't worry about the IR filter untill you get green output atleast.
