I'm really impressed by lasers and I really want 5 mW laser for beggining as its not dangerous. I never had any laser other than cheap chinese ones you buy in any store for few bucks. I'm from Croatia if anyone wonders, it can help you determine whether the laser can be shipped here or no.

My budget is around 70 euro, I want good laser with good build quality and stable beam with nice focused dot, I'm maybe asking too much for my budget lol. Also dont want my laser to get stuck at customs for being too powerful lol.

I wanted to buy wicked lasers nano 5 mW green but its overpriced and they take very long to ship it so I came here asking pros if anyone of you know which laser should I buy?

You think optotronics has better quality?
Dont let the look of Optotronics pen lasers fool you, they a for sure top notch and with care should last a good long time. What ever of the 2 companys you choose, if you order a 5mw it will be for sure 5mw or a tiny bit less. Optotronics ships in 2 days in the US and customer service is instant and great, and I assume the same for laserglow. There is a member "Eudaimonium" here who is from Croatia and is a greatly knowledged laser guy. Maby he can give you some advice as far as shipping issues.....Edit yes CurtisOliver the OP has a decent budget to start and Optotronics greens all have IR filters also good point!

I would personally go for the Laserglow as they are always high quality and feature high quality IR filters to make sure they meet strict regulations. I haven't had any experience with Optotronics myself, but the guys above know what there talking about. Either way your budget should be achievable which doesn't happen very often :)

They are of about the same level, top quality, as far as I'm concerned. I just think the styling of the opto leaves a lot to be desired.

Yeah. The Lyras are very classy looking pointers. They'd fit right in on the desk of some business executive.
