You peoples have convinced me to get a laser from nova lasers. However I was also wondering what the differences were between the Alpha series and the X series (apart from the looks). I was also wondering about were to get protective glasses for a green laser from 100-125mW.
Thanks. ;D

nova do goggles, as do WL, given WL's shipping you may get cheaper goggles by combining nova's ($10 more expensive than WL) goggles with your order. the alpha, as far as i know, is bigger, has a longer duty cycle, is more expensive, n has those FDA required safety features like the 2-3 second delay between pressing a button n getting a beam, safety keys, indicator LED, apeture shutter, etc etc etc. i know the delay would bug me!

mainly that. biggest diff is the FDA features and that it takes bigger batteries = longer life.
and go the nova goggles.
