That's probably the most popular model of green portable ordered from CNI, it's also the same model as RA_Pierce's, which turned out to be ~300mW's overspec :eg:, just a little fyi

i'd recommend the CNI 400mW PGL-III-C-532, seeing as it's an attractive price point for the rated power-output, and seeing as the 400mW has proved to be the most overspec model of them all (over 100% overspec in one case 
).

I have no experience with this companies nor with this lasers. Therefor, I'm afraid I can't help you. However, I've heard optotronics.com is the top quality

As you've seen in the picture provided in the link from prototype this laser will never fit in your pocket. It has to be very large to accomodate that much power. If you want something more portable that you can actually carry around you might wanna think about the GLP penstyle.
