Yes, I noticed they don't ship to your country after you posted, but there are others that will.

Really? I would expect them to be below spec, not above. Why would they underrate them? For legal reasons?

Personally I wouldn't assume anything with these sites, also, I'll bet that the "blue-violet" laser in this package is a 405nm violet laser, and not a 445~450nm blue laser.

eBay does not allow listings of Laser Pointers
more powerful than 5mW... That is why any
Laser Pointers on eBay are stated at 5mW.
Like it was noted earlier... The only way to
know the power of any Laser you may have
is to test it on a Calibrated Laser Power Meter.

I don't think of buying a laser power meter as money gone- good ones used gently re-sell easily..
When members decide to move on from lasers their LMPs sell first if the price is decent.
