Help in choosing Greeny

Hi all, first post here but I've been lurking around for some time

I'm considering to purchase a greeny for around 30$
I'd like to have a good combination of quality/power
(quality being a "big" word here... I know I won't get
a high end laser at this price if I aim at a 30mW or so)

Actually I was considering these:

30mW Ultrafire CR123A -> sku.7886
True DX30mW penStyle (2xAA) -> sku.469
DX50mW penStyle (2xAA) -> sku.2390
DX 30mW CR2 (Flashlight style) -> sku.7883
or the Kai 50mW (almost identical to DX one) -> ProductDetail.aspx?TranID=3304

I've read a review on the Kai (see last user's comment on Kai's page, there's a link to it) and
it doesn't seem to bad (IR Filtering and stuff) but people has complained about having "a lot" of
divergence and/or speckles around the dot

The DX30mW CR2 have a pot, which might be a good thing, or maybe it won't be of use, I don't know

Between the two penstyle (true 30 or 50) I guess the true one would be better

I'd like to have any opinion suggestion etc...
Which one should have the best value in these?

There are a lot of speckles around mine. I have a DX 5mw. I'm pretty sure it can't really be avoided.

If you really want a cheap green. get a DX true (any power level) mw.

Its the cheapest.

for quality go to nova lasers but this will be way over your 30$ mark

F22, yeah I've read a lot of good comments on these, but like you said, the price is way too high (at least for me ) Actually I don't have any use for a laser, I don't know why I want one, so I guess I won't pay that much for something I don't need ;D

Do you think any body with a green laser has a use for it?
besides lighting matches and popping baloons? : )
