You can expect a 50 mw to melt through very thin dark plastic. You can light a match if you focus it with a lense.

Could you please tell me how you would use a lense, do you need a special type? Do you think i will get a 50mw is there some way to test the strenght of them

to focus it you could take a magnifying glass and hold it in front of it, as for the company i have never heard of them but hopefully you will get one around 50mw... for the strength you would need a laser power meter.

If you want to test the power, me or many others with power meters would be happy to test it and provide a computer generated report and power graph for free provided return postage cost.
