After learning a lesson and getting a crappy laser from eBay I have read a couple reviews and am planning to purchase the Power Rock 50mw greenie from O-Like. I'm hoping (especially with the reviews) to be by pleased with it.

Can anyone offer any further insight or cons on it.

Thanks TJ btw, it comes with a single 18650 but Will it be okay to use two CR123s in it?

You can use a bolt, just make sure you rap some electrical tape around the sides so it doesnt ground out. Ideally a piece of rod, with some shrink tubing around it.

Got it yesterday... It is very pretty and has been said by several people, its a bit hard to get familiar with finding the sweet spot for focus.

I have to admit, I wish it was a little brighter but for what it is I think its a great laser. I got the diffraction tips with it and I dont know who likes them more, my kids or myself.

Anyhow thanks everyone for the input

Thats what goggles are for. You'd get a clear image of the spot.
