I found this website Kinda like DX, http://qualitychinagoods.com.
just the name scares me, but they carry this 100mW green! but should we trust it?
http://www.qualitychinagoods.com/100mw-powerful-532nm-true-green-laser-with-chargerl100-p-901.html

now look at the picture, the watermark says http://szwholesale.com/
so i went there, and its almost identical, same layout, same lasers, same everything:
http://www.szwholesale.com/100mw-po....html?osCsid=fb326f3ec0e21d7d29edb67c3ea30328

does someone have $100 to risk? :p

QCG is your typical dx/kai type reseller. You are taking a gamble with their lasers and you will either get killer deal or get a pos. Some of the latter sites are almost certainly scams.

Btw the 600mw laser looks exactly like the crap scamlaser highlasers.com is selling. 600mw green pointer=more ridiculous than the 600mw crossfire which is most likely a scam also.

Reason #1=It says Bob laser at the top of the site and Bob laser is a known ripoff.
Reason #2=The lasers all look like the common spymodex/ebayser/other scamlasers.
Reason #3=No prices=annoying.
Reason #4=300-600mw green laser pointers are more than a bit unbelievable. How is a 600mw pointer with no heatsink or TEC supposed to work? They probably put out 100 mw of green + several hundred mw of IR if you are lucky.
Reason #5.....Do you really need more reasons?

im gonna go with reason 5, no i dont need any more reasons, lol.

well ive been trying to find where i can get a cheap powerful green (yea i know those 2 words kinda make it unrealistic lol) i wanted 100mW for aprox $100 or less (again, unreasonable, but there are sites out there like DX and KaiDomain, so who knows.)

The first laser is about as close as you are going to get if you want a >100mw laser for cheap and you don't like penlasers. It's your money to gamble with so try it if you want.

You could also try the dx true 100. They might be more reliable than the 200mw pens.

That's funny, I came across QCG just a few days ago too. Personally I would just accept that there are no portable <100mW lasers around for cheap.

Haha I came across the same website last night at about 3am, when I went to post it I was informed I couldn't post links. Here are some "specs", although they say the batteries are AAA size when they are clearly CR123's so I'm not sure how accurate they are.

ok so http://laserpointer.en.alibaba.com/  i dont trust, but QCG seems a bit more reliable, more similar to DX/KD as mentioned. last night i asked about the laser, and i got a response this morning. The response seemed better than what a DX support member would give me, sounds a little more promising?

Reason # 5: they Photoshop their pictures.  Wouldn't a real beam shot be easier, more attractive, and genuine?

Isn't that a RPL?

The green light is on, which means the beam is not on because then the light would be red. Plus, they already turned it on, so why not activiate the beam? Probably because it's not blue. :p
