Cheap powerfull lasers on ebay(look this)

Hello everybody, I'm new in this forum, I'm from Brazil, and I hope to be here with you for a long time. I`m a laser addicted since I was a kid.

I bought a cheap 5mw laser, also on ebay. It didn't arrive yet, but now I found a Guy who is selling more powerfull lasers with a really nice price. It looks to be trustable.

Does anyone know this seller, or someone who bought a laser from him?

I don't know this seller, but i must say it does look pretty good... quite a lot of good feedback on previously sold lasers there.

Still, it's pretty hard to say how good the lasers actually are.. their power could drop off quickly or they could have other issues - hard to tell from generic ebay feedback.

i  bought a 75mw from a different seller it was just a 5mw :'(  got my money back and have order a nova 75x ;D

Oh c'mon guys. These are the oldest scam in the book - Spymode-style lasers. Seriously, can I make a personal request? Everyone here on LPF please go check out the Spymode website and burn the images of their lasers into your brain. A Spymode "150mW" will average perhaps 20mW of 532nm on a good day.

Go to dealextreme.com, its just as cheap. I felt so ripped off when I got my 100mw from ebay (diff seller)

Sigh..... another scam. I hate the people on ebay that think they can get away with stuff like this..... it makes me want to puke. Sadly, though, many people feel the need to buy BEFORE they come here, and thus, we have scammers on ebay who profit from niave buyers.

LOL Yea....in the battery cap Filtering any IR(and any other wavelengths) that tries to get in you battery barrel and make your baterries implode ;D

Hi. Sorry for bumping the topic, but I'd just like to let everyone know that this is a pure scam. The seller, moneypowerrespect2008, advertises his 125mW to have 150mW peak output and 125mW average.

Just to test out how good this might be, I've bought a 125mW GL pen from the seller on eBay. Here's the thing; The peak output was definitely around 125mW, because I could see the beam during daylight, feel my skin sting and have burnt holes through black trash bags.

After that, however, I've turned the thing on for more than twenty seconds, after which the beam disappeared. Then, without letting go of the power button, I've proceeded to point it at my palm, which didn't cause any sensation at all despite the fact that I've sat there and shined the thing at my palm for thirty seconds. The average output wasn't even close to 100mW.

Another thing: There was absolutely no IR filter to be seen when I unscrewed the cap.

In short; DO NOT BUY FROM moneypowerrespect2008 ON EBAY!
