Broken Laser - Wicked completely unresponsive

I have a <2 month old Elite series Greenie from Wicked. It stopped working suddently. I notice that the butoon feels mushy compared to when I first got it. Also, the second battery seems to be stuck inside the host. I have tried calling, leaving messages, submitting on-line trouble ticket and emailing JimK, all to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone have this problem before? Guessing the button mechanism broke up and is hanging the battery. Is Wicked still a going concern? Is their service just this bad?

There service has been pretty terrible over the past 6 months. You never know if you will get a response...I'll buy the broken laser from you though! haha I like the host.

Seems every time I try live chat, it just goes off into email like nobody is on the other end. Is there a certain time this works? Are their live chat folks in China?

Just tried again. Got Colin in chat. Says he will forward my issue to the mysterious JimK. Been down this road before. Losing my patience. Maybe time to take these gus off 'The List' of 'GOOD' suppliers. Will keep you posted. In the meantime, if you experience similar button/battery issues, plz respoond. Thx!
