It was in my original post, but I want something less than $200. I would prefer something green and, from what RedCowboy mentioned, I want a handheld. Some of the options I gave in my previous posts were what I am looking for, however, I don't see any product reviews and I would rather have someone on these forums recommend something specific.
Dog, ok now I see it, you made a good choice with listening to Hap and others and going with LaserBtB. Get the IR, filter at 300mw its not going to rob that much power. This gets repetitive but when you burn you have to use your glasses and just the dot on a wall inside is blinding bright. You can look at the beam from the sides inside without them and outside. When you do get the laser you will see and understand and make sure your glasses are for your 532nm wavelength. Have you read and understand duty cycles for different lasers so they cool down proper while using. Im being repetitive but its just being careful. Be safe:)

I was a bit hesitant before purchasing the laser, so I decided to browse LaserBtB a little more. I'm curious, would This (2000mw) do This?

Yes, I own that exact laser from laserbtb, the PL445 2W+, and mine does exactly what you see there in that video. These lasers are usually overspec from them as well, so you will get more than 2W output from this most likely. It is very dangerous, make sure you have at minimum OD 4+ goggles for 445nm, I use OD 5+ and its still harsh to view up close depending on what you are lasing. The host is well built and has nice safety features, great buy overall, I am very pleased with mine.

Not meaning to give you a hard time but... from what you have posted -the very best advice you ca get is this-

never
'play' with yoir laser at night in almost all areas-
everybody is looking for terroists and shining a laser about is a bad idea- do that to an aorcraft and it is a federal offence- do not hand any laser over to anyone who may not know the 'other' dangers- its no prank-- its prison time and fat fine-

go here and do some freadin' afore you buy any laser-we dont want to read about you there..
laserpointersafety.org

btw there is either a $10,000 or $ 20,000 reward for turning in anyone intentionally aiming any laser at aircraft..

be safe and avoid prison

I suggest you by the laser pointer as your request. What you need this to do? Which function you care most and which color is your favor. Different color has different wavelength.
The higher the power , the more harmful it will be.
Hope this advice will help you ,
