532nm/.5W

After all these years of having green lasers break - I must admit, there were some elegant DX pen style which outputted ~170mW using common AAA.

I need something more rugged, and at least 500mW power. I'd rather buy from LPF community, and have no problems with a used unit. Thanks in advance, and forgive me for my stupid list of lasers below, all in white font. Also looking for 1st generation yellow laser. Not the one with the more visible wavelength, but the first generation, as I find that colour much more appealing-would love to stumble upon a high output. Please PM me if you have any advice. Was thinking O-like for the 500 greenie, but he advertises it as an upgrade, which leads me to believe possibly that I would need something else first, and couldn't just buy the 500mW out right. Or is it just a language thing?

How much does the o-like 500 cost? If its ~300 it should be all right to buy...

That first-gen yellow you're talking about is 593.5nm. The highest you'll see in a portable is 20mW... Buying a PGL-III-C direct from CNI is your cheapest and most powerful "New" option. I have no idea if anyone would be willing to sell theirs used.

I can't really speak for the 532's. I've been focusing on more obscure and rare lasers. I'm sure you'll get better advice from someone other than me for the 532.

Also, can you change "Fuckus-able" in your sig to "focusable"
