So where do you get laser goggles like that? I haven't seen any that covers that wide range of spectrums.

There are goggles that offer 532nm plus IR protection. For example :

At 50mw or so, it doesn't matter if you get some on your hands ... Just don't need any in the face / eyes !
I have a similar pointer, a DX true 50mw. Mine belches forth a fair amount of IR spew. Total output from mine is 70mw, probably 30mw of this is IR. These do give an impressive, bright green beam. As far as DX not shipping to the US, there are ways around this, check http://www.laserpointerforums.com/forums/YaBB.pl?num=1220799738 for instance.

Looks like the same $25 greenie from the Ledshoppe. I received mine without any problems, took 3 weeks though.
I just bought the exact same laser from amazon, I must say I don't think its a 50mW. I have a radioshack greenie that i picked up for just a bit more and its output is supposed to be <5mW. Ive compared the two both at night and during the day and they look almost identical. If you could post a picture of the beam and the dot of your laser id appreciate it.
