Hello guys!
I came across this laser that reminds me very much of the 400 mw o-like model! Decent price as well. I wonder if this new seller can be trusted! I am in search of a cheap powerful green (aren't we all). If only we had more feedback on this new seller! Here is the link

Interesting. If I didn't have four lasers on the way... I would get one of those as well.

Looks very similar to the o-like model. Price is a bit higher, but if it means avoiding the issues that o-like seems to have with these, IMO it's well worth it.

If you spring for the power certificate (I would) definitely ask for the IR filtered results.

Tech_Junkie dis a review of a Laser from
that company.
After seeing his T_J's Review I decided to
buy a 1W Laser from them yesterday.

He did a review of a different laser... not this one. This model with o-like at least, has been a total crap shoot, with many units coming in very underspec.

Fyi - Max did say the 1W versions will likely be ~800mW in one of the other threads.

I just want to add my $0.02 to this. I feel that those lasers CAN have some of the same problems as O-like has had with their lasers. It is the same host after all and probably the same driver and connection schematics. This means they can still easily get a connection problem like mine has( It didn't LED cause it gets much brighter when I gently step on one side near the edge.) I'd recommended you to save your money and buy a much higher end laser either new or used from a trustable member. Even if it means being only able to afford a 300mw.

Yeah definitely I would go for a certificate just to make sure that they lpm the laser prior to shipping! That is if they lpm the purchased laser of course! :D I'm close to snapping it up, but I think I'll wait a little longer for some more positive feedback from the members.

Jerry

Which 1W laser did you buy from him yesterday? Because I didn't see that he has a 1W green.

The 1Ws he has are a 1W blue (445nm) and a 1W (and also 2W) NIR lasers.

Another thing to be weary of is that laser uses a 2 watt diode and in a host that small it CAN be hugely problematic with more than just heat.
