Hehehe. New material for the "you know you're addicted to lasers when..." thread I guess. When the first thing you think of when seeing the words laser and online in the same sentence is a laser sale. ;D

Doesn't say what type of laser this is, but given the wavelength it's probably an Nd:glass - that would make it the mother of all solid-state lasers! Gee, the Death Star must have been an Nd:YAG - frequency-doubled, of course!

Yeah, lol. The Death Star, one of the classic lasers of science fiction.

Though, the death star had a greenish laser, if my memory serves me right. One heck of a pumped laser, lol! Crystal must be as big as a city :eek:
