I avoid rsales on ebay, guy sold me two different orders of 26650 cells, in each order one was completely dead and would not recharge, then he wrote ebay I had damaged the battery, that arc marks were present from over current. He lied, flat out lied, there were absolutely no arc marks on it. Maybe he has stepped up his game but for me, he lost, I won't ever consider buying from him again, not after his fabrications.

I don't think you can go wrong with Panasonic cells, if they aren't fake.

Well I had received good cells from RSALES in the past, but today I got 2 x 18350 EFEST and right out of the mailbox one tested 3.78v and the other was STONE DEAD, 0.00 I mean NOTHING.

I have been trying to charge it and it's showing full on the charger but only at 1.72v ....maybe I can keep it on a slow charge and recover it, but I wont buy from RSALES anymore because I had in the past received uneven charge level cells, but they did all charge and work, this time one is no good.

Can't recall if I ever bought from them before. If so, it was a few years ago. I just got two Panasonic 3400 mAh 18650s that charged well and tested good for $7.00 each from liion wholesales. I think I will stick with them.

Yep the Panasonics are good. I need to get some for my O-Light torches as my Nitcore ones have finally thrown the towel.

How much was shipping?

Does Panasonic make an IMR/INR formulation ? I have some grey Panasonics ( CGR18650CH ) that are high drain, but when testing my green NCR18650B cells and the 26650 Efest, the Efest don't sag as much as the Panasonics driving a 1 ohm load.
