It would be really hard to tell. Lasers like these are hit or miss. Both of them can be anything from 1mW to 200mW. Flip a coin. Or use some company which measures their lasers and guarantees power.

"Most of these and other made in China green lasers do not have IR filters and thus can be hazardous to eyes without proper protective eye wear." You will need laser glasses that block both 532nm and any IR coming from it...
