i need a switch that when pressed in, it would send current in very fast short pulses, is there a switch like this already made? or how would i make one?

Use an ordinary switch and this circuit: http://www.elecfree.com/electronic/simple-pulse-generator-by-ic-555-timer/. You can set the frequency of the pulses by changing the value of R1.
