What are the chances this laser will be confiscated?

I live in New Bedford, MA. Since I am a Newb I would like to know what the chances of a laser, specifically this one LZTN - 532nm 150mW Smallest Green Laser Pointer being confiscated? I am not sure if anyone knows... + how long does it take to get to my house?

Is it that or do you want people to admit smuggling lasers into the US?

There is a 1000 threads of people receiving lasers in the US. What, you cant find any?
