Well, that's kinda like saying people live to be 100 years old. IF they do, they're not doing a heck of a lot after 60. But yes, either way, 800 hours still has plenty of life in it.

Not really, 800/5000 = 16% & 60/100 = 60% so that would be like saying people live to be 100 and I'm 16 so I'm pretty young. ;D

And when a bran new laser diode turns into a LED, that's equal to either down syndrome or sudden infant death syndrome!  ;D
