I just read somewhere that anything above 5 mW is illegal??? I don't believe this since all these websites are here.... do you know anything about this as well? ha

Anything over 5mw is illegal to import into the U.S. but that never stops anybody. Just order it and don't worry about it.

Is o-like out of america or is it just plain illegal to have? That's stupid, idk now.. maybe. does anyone actually get in trouble haha

It doesn't seem very strict of a law though considering how they are everywhere. Do people actually get in trouble because I really want this laser now..

No, you won't get in trouble. If it is found they just confiscate it.

Oh, haha. Definitely will if shining at aircrafts which is soooo dumb... Do you think this is a good laser though, should I buy?
