wat is the max voltage when 18650 is fully charged?

I have a bunch of 18650 ultrafire 3000mAh battery, i want to know whats the maximum voltage when it is fully charged so i can do a fair review on my laser with a LPM.

Just charge them until the charger shuts off.. You are using a proper charger aren't you? li-ion batteries aren't something you just hook to any old power source to charge, unless you like things going boom.
