USB Camera for recording scattered light image

Hi,

As part of a project I am passing laser light (5mW 633nm HeNe laser) through a 'fibrous sample' and recording how the light scatters in response to the fibres.

I would like to know if anybody could suggest a USB camera (for triggering using a laptop) which would be suited to taking images of the scattered light patttern (sample image attached). The current camera I am using is having some issues dealing with the light intensity as well as internal reflections from the camera lens.

Any help would be much appreciated.
