Hi there,

I'm currently working of the Discovery Channel, and I'm looking for Standard Operating Proceedures for the following:

High power 75mW LASER
As seen on the 'gyroscope' website (please google 'gyroscope' for link)

What are the risks associated with malfunction etc and what can we do to minimise them?

If anyone knows of an on line manual or something, that would be very helpful.

Thanks!

First off, that is WAY too much to pay ! Look at hte exact same laser here : http://www.laserglow.com/handheld.html

If it malfunctions, you send it back to the manufacturer, as it is covered by warranty. Look at the options at Laserglow for their goggles, too - if you get a laser that powerful, you will want to be fully prepared to handle exposure to the light ! Look at the laser resources sticky note for other websites as well. That laser is TWICE as much as it should be - that is nuts !
