Ya im gonna buy the cheapest module with lens possible when I finish first one ill risk more expensive modules I'd love to make my own green. I've been sayin that forever in all my threads.

Saving the best for last. That 1w green might take a while to aquire :p

I need to crank up that 638nm to 1w too. With the new 405nm pioneer, hopefully I can get them all over 1w or just about.

Very happy with this set.

Congratulations Tmack ! It will be interesting to see what you end up with after you are through fine tuning them. Great looking hosts. Something different. I know you like them all, but there is always a favorite. Which one is your favorite ? :)

I have to get some tripods and a real live camera ;)

I wanted that one you were selling but didn't have the scratch :p

Hopefully my 16x 405nm at 700ma will be here today! Very excited.

I might do an actual build thread, instead of just showing the finished product like usual ;)
Normally I build it, test it, and say "Damn,,,, pictures!"
Lol I get so caught up in finishing it, I never take pictures.
But tonight, if all goes as planned, I'll be one step closer to my R, G, B, V set over 1w :D

That's cool Tmack ! Remember pics ! :) That will be a really nice set when you are done. I'd like to have a matching set someday. That might be a good project for me next winter. I'm always planning ahead. :)

I'm telling you man, a set will ruin you! Building one host with one wavelength feels incomplete now. I've done a few now, but this one is really special.

Bad news though, thus will be the fifth day I'm waiting for a package from dtr! The world is officially ending!


And if you want to do a set, which hosts would you guys use? Love to hear what your dream set would be! This is mine. I wanted a set of zasers ever since I saw them. And the marble ano is a cherry on top :D

When I make a set they will be custom made designed by me :) Working on one for a bit now, just gotta finalize the designs and find the cash.

That sounds great. Really looking forward to seeing them. I just couldn't get away from the zasers. Something about the look of them just really appeals to me. I started with the rainbow c6 set, but they just felt flimsy, the ms v3 set was just too plain, but these marble zasers are juuussstt right ;)

I think a nice set of cypress is in order :p
Maybe just an accent of the corresponding wavelength so the copper isn't hidden. But I'm getting ahead of myself.

Your out of control Tmack! Lol you have an awesome set finished. Almost done with the zasers and already talking about another set.. cant deny it though... I love it!
