I was wondering if anyone knows about 18650 battery brands. Which ones are good quality compared to the ones that are bad quality? Which website(s) do you use to buy these batteries? Of course higher mAh is always better but most batteries I've looked into have false mAh printing.

Could someone please point me in the right direction to find some nice 18650 batteries with a legit high mAh rating for a decent price?

Go for Panasonics there are a few to choose from. If you want high mAh there are the NCR18650A and NCR18650B's with 3100 and 3400 mAr respectively. You can pick them up on ebay, Amazon etc or you could contact larry here on LPF. He also has a few for sales threads if you search.

There are also the AW's and you can pick these up cheap at CPFmarketplace look for AW's sales thread.

As above panasonics, also sanyo ,and Sony are good ....but don't buy ultrafire, trustfire, missfire, batteries as most are retreads from old notebooks cleaned up and new covers put on. That's bad enough you only get about half the capacity rated if that ,but they can be dangerous lithium ions are real fussy on how charged, treated physically and that's new ones never mind old second hand ones recovered to look new they can leak and at worse case catch fire or explode.
