This is my first post & I hate to start on a sour note but I want to know if anyone else has had a less than positive experience with purchases from Jet. I was in the market for a 532nm to better my Laserglow Aries50. Based on all the praise the members here have had for Jetlasers, I ordered a Ti-B 100mw. It took just under two weeks to arrive to the USA. It arrived wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap,in a foam lined plastic box, also wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap. This was in a cardboard box in a UPS international mailer envelope. Nothing showed any signs of damage. When I removed the laser & tail cap from the anti static bags I found deep scratches on the host & the tail cap was cracked. It appears to have been dropped on concrete. Is this something that could have been done by customs, or is this common of the manufacturer. The sticker showing the positive & negative battery orientation was also reversed.

Jetlasers is a stand out company.

As far as I know every member that has dealt with them have been very happy customers.

It was most likely due to customs mishandling or perhaps during shipment. Either way if you emailed Jetlasers I'm sure they would be more than happy to fix this.
