I'm a bit new..
So I have $82 exactly to spend... I'm looking for a decent laser I guess, and a pair of goggles..
When I say decent, I mean having the ability to pop balloons.. But I don't want to burn my eyes to dust... So goggles will help some.. = )
I also want to know a few other things:
Shipping to the US: Does it get past the law?
How many MW is needed to "burn" things? (Without focus lens)
