does it matter how long the wires are between the Diode in Module and the Driver & Pill Module....im soldering these together

Yes, as the wire gets longer the resistance increases. Just keep it under a foot and you'll be fine :beer:
It's usually not a problem for handhelds since you can't use that much wire any ways.
