I bought a cheap red laser pointer that doubles as a shock pen, for pranks. Haven't built up nerve to see how potent the shock is. The two buttons together are shaped like an exclamation point, and I don't know which one activates the light and which the shock. The warning label, written in "Chinglish" is the funniest part. It says, and I quote exactly:
"Laser two take care of very 2008. Motion length: 630-680.
Biggest Output< the power of the 1mw.
This device because of 21 21 CFR part 1040.10 with 1040.11.
Glass II is a kind of laser product."
And, "Danger, stroltiy forbid light contein infrared ray.
strietiy forbid to keep shining on aye"
