Scam or Legit?

I already made this post in the Buy, Sell & Trade Forum but it said I needed a moderator to approve it before people would be able to see and respond to it.

So today someone private messaged me saying that they say my last post (in my last post I asked for some help with my broken laser) and they said that because it was the holiday season we was willing to send me a free 532mn custom built laser. All he wanted in return was for me to make a forum post about it, but obviously in order for him to send the laser he needs my complete mailing address, I’m extremely new to laserpointer Forums so I don’t what offers are legit and what offers are scams. I will also include a screenshot of the email I received.

No biggie mentioning this, Heatwave sent me PM saying it was Lifetime17 that wants to give him this 532
I replied but I don't think it went through because of forum maintaince at that moment.
Instead of re PMing just want to say everyone on the forum will agree Richard is known to give away some builds, is a very kind man and yes you can trust him 110%

Yes thats me had a moment again, at least it will be a better build and last him. Just waiting for his address to ship on Tuesday. i must be getting soft really!!

I been dabbling in the 532 sector lately but with custom sinks and focus adapters . To bad they cant be focused any better, I would machine a focus adapter that fits the bill.

Good for you, Rich. I thought you were doing some 532nm builds. Everyone should do at least one to become familiar with them. I have a couple 150 mW modules that I can modify to get better run times and less mode hopping. I still have an MS Envy host with a bad switch I need to send you. I've been waiting for something else to send to you so I can just include it with the other item. PM me if you are interested.
