Dear forum,
I read around in the forum that you are not suggesting to purchase laser pointers from Wicked Lasers for many reason.
There is something that I want to ask. The reason because I like WL (in particular I am talking about the model EVO) is the possibility that you should have in program the laser (not really sure about what you can exactly accomplish but I have a roughly idea).
I wondering if you guys can suggest me another company that is selling some laser pointer with the programmability feature.
In particular what I would like to have is something that can trigger the laser and of course control as well the power intensity. Is available in commerce something like that?
I don't have any particular request for the color, I am looking for a laser in the visible range. In terms of power a 100mW should be perfect but I am open to any suggestions

Thanks for your help.
Pablo.

I don't believe there are any other easily available programmable handheld lasers, unless you get someone to custom make one.

There are lots of programmable lab style lasers, but that's not what you want eh?

Dear ARG,
Can you link me what you mean? sorry but I am new and I didn't understand your suggestion.
Thanks.

Dear Cyparagon,
You got my point, probably I should get something like you mentioned. Is interesting the difference in price (200$ vs 85$). Is that because specification such as beam divergence and 1/e^2 beam size?
I am really new here so I am exploring all the possibilities. Eventually my goal is to have, as well, a pulse laser driven by a micro controller. I am looking around the forum and looks like some people here succeed in doing that.

Thanks for your help.
