Remembering that 2xAAA or 2x10440 could be used, perfect for a small buck driver with a 445 or lower voltage hungry diodes..

I could modify one of those and make a sleeve/heatsink for the diode. It would have to be a press fit since the sleeve walls would be too thin for a set screw, from the looks of it.

We can only speculate unless someone buy it.
