that's a pretty lame excuse, if you want to have a laser for cheap, then you're going to have to build it. If you want somebody else to make it for you then you'll have to pay twice or triple the price.
If you don't have the knowledge then look around the forum, it's a huge library full of info.

I know there are plenty of 14 year olds on this site that are making driver circuits. Very good ones at that! I bought a blu-ray box style off of a guy on here who is 14 and the soldering and craftsmanship is first rate. Don't underestimate yourself, it's really not very hard.

Haha, no time at 14?? I don't remember being very busy at that age... too young to work, too young to care about school ;D

If you want to get into this hobby (or really any hobby), it takes time and patience to first learn what you're doing, then to make mistakes and then finally accomplish something.
