Possible to Magnify Laser With Telescope?

I have a Bushnell Reflector Telescope, "not too sure of the specs", and was wondering if i shot the beam into it, would it magnify the beam whatsoever. Another question is which part would i need to shine the light into, the eye piece or the viewing tube?

Well if you shine the laser in the eye piece it'll come out from the other end and vice versa, never put the laser in the telescope and put your eye on the other end.

i believe you would aim it from the top and project it out the view scope. I am curious to see how this comes out in the end. Burn a match at 1 mile

This wouldn't be any different than just using a regular lens for burning with your laser.

I've used shooters spotting scopes to nicely collimate laser output. I don't see any reason why a reflector telescope would be any different. The nice thing is that most (even modestly priced) optical systems come with Broadband AR coatings creating a relatively inexpensive and effective means of collimating laser output.
