^ I've gone through like three of those. You were able to switch them to "always on" by sliding the short end of the triangular switch under the plastic host.

I think staples still sells those.

Hey Z, that's good to know about the switch! :beer:
This laser sat in drawer with pens and pencils for years,
with occasional use as a cat toy. It has since been rescued! :D

My oldest living laser is a NewWish 532nm pen from DX that does about 30mW (was purchased as 10mW). Bought it in 2010 if I remember correctly. Had to open it up a few months ago to fix a lousy contact.. pen hosts are really easy to break, unfortunately.

I had a small 650nm keychain from the late 90's but it died years ago :/

Yeah, I can't compete with you guys :p

I still own my O-Like 50mW star pen since 2009. It got a lazeerer-polish-finish a while back :)

Well I have a 405nm keychain that's like ... 4 months old. Lololol
Still very new to the hobby!
