NY NY ISC QUESTION, China to WNY..

I recently ordered a laser from China it shipped out on March 30 and entered the United States New York New York international shipping Center on April 8 and it says passed through and I'm just wondering if that means that after the weekend is done you know today being the 10th if Ya'll think it has cleared customs . Even though the word customs has never appeared in my USPS tracking page.. I have read many pages about tracking and international shipping center in Miami and New York going from the states to China but I'm my question is to get some insight and info on everyone's experience coming from China to the states I live in western New York so it's relatively close but I'm just wondering what you guys think as far as if it has cleared customs as it says passed through ISC??

If it passes through ISC it has cleared customs.

ISC is international shipping center, a step right before customs (IIRC). Once it passes through the international shipping center (where it arrives) and sorted out off the vehicle it came from, it heads towards customs.

Once you see "Arrived at USPS facility" or something of that nature, you are in the clear. Right now it looks to be exiting the international shipping process, and heading off to local operations.
