I am going to buy these battery's, and I don't know which charger I need.
Brand /model: IMR 26650-3500mAh 3.7V
PCS: 2 PCS

This is a good all-purpose charger for Li-ions, it fits up to 32650's.

Ultrafire WF-188 Charger for 14500 / 17500 / 18500 / 18650 / RCR123 3.7 volt Lithium Battery Charger

Set it to 650mA @ 3.7V for those batteries.
