Well, you would need to first have dimensions of the module so you can see in what hosts would fit, and you'll most likely need a heatsink custom made for the host in order for everything to fit perfectly.
Luckily for you, I make 'em.

Jeff, that module has been reviewed a while ago, turns it they really do output 180-200mW of green light IIRC.
