We are searching a good glue/bond for our laser modules.

The main purpose of use of it is to glue glass lenses to the metal surfaces inside the laser modules etc.
The main requirement is a fast bonding (UV is possible, of course).

We have tried some epoxy items from Thorlabs but seems they make too much vapor and during a laser emission, it covers the optics with some layer similar to tar and it significantly reduces the efficiency of the module.
What can you recommend to us?
Thanks in advance.

I'd probably consider 2-component epoxy solutions. UV can help cure some types, others will just settle regardless.

The problem with many glues would be the solvent that gets onto your glass lens element and damages the AR coating on it. That's the main reason you cannot just use cyanoacrylate glue in the first place, it evaporates and deposits onto the glass. If it were uncoated glass you could remove it, but for AR coated lenses that usually isn't possible without damaging the AR coating.

Those UV cure adhesives work well for me. I got my first "sample" from my dentist
and now I use some found on the bay. They set up quickly and don't seem to mess
up the optics. The seem to hold well but the joint will break clean if needed.
