Need advice

Hi all. I have an issue.

In December of 2013. I sent my laser back to JLSE , wannaburn or whatever Joe wants to call himself for an upgrade. Up till april of this year his communications were rare. It was near impossible to get him to respond. From then till now, which is near 4 months I haven't heard from him at all. When i call he won't answer. I ask for an emal and get nothing.

I paid over 1200$ for it and i simply can't eat all that money. Paypal can't help me due to the purchase was made in july of 2012.

In short I'm furious and disgusted. I don't what to do. I know his phone number and addy, but atm it does me no good.

What should I do? Please if you post please don't suggest violence. It solves nothing.

IIRC he is no longer allowed to post to the B/S/T on LPF, but that doesn't prevent him from doing business elsewhere.

I knew about reginak only after I sent him the money in 2012 and I had received my laser. I was amazed he was doing that to her. He did pay her back after an extended period of time so when he told me he was done with the RGB I didn't think he'ed pull this.

With persarian I only found out after I paid for the RGB. I did all I could to help him while I waited for the RGB. Eventually we both got our units.

I had a problem with the RGB and sent it back. With it I mailed my 3.5 watt blue he made me for maintenance and diode upgrade to save on shipping. I got the RGB back in February of this year. He told me the 3.5 would be done in April then he disappeared and stopped responding to me.

I have every email and pm he sent me since we started this.

I'm thinking of turning all my info on him to the FDA, internet fraud, paypal, and the Canadian authorities so he can't do this again to anyone. I do have his home addy after all.

I'm going to call him one more time tonight and tell him how this is going to go. Well I'm sure I'll just get his answering machine again .

I maybe shooting myself in the foot doing this but he must be stopped. Hell I've thought about camping on this doorstep.

And no. I will NEVER be buying from Joe again. I doubt I'll ever buy another laser form anyone, this pretty much killed the hobby for me.
