My vector image warning label - Free to those who want it

In response to the other thread about labels I thought to make my own in Illustrator and share it with anyone who wants one.

Here is the label I made for my 405nm I have this in EPS, Illustrator, PDF, Etc and can do small modifications to the numbers if anyone wants it. I plan to print this on clear label sheets and may resize it if needed to fit the host nicely. Opinions welcome and please feel free to request the Vector files or numbers/text changed. Include your email address in the PM please.
