My Universal Charger Issue

Hello Forum.

I think my charger may be malfuntioning, but I'm not to sure. The first day I got my laser, it came with an 18650 battery and a charger. Naturally I played with my laser for a bit before I noticed the battery was depleted so I decided to charge it. The light turned red for a bit and went to green over time. I expected that was the charge of the battery.

My issue is that the light doesn't change colour anymore. It stays green. I'm assuming my charger isn't working the way it should. I'm going to go to the store and buy another one if they have it in stock. Otherwise, I have to order one online.

Can anyone suggest a good charger kit, maybe one that allows me to charge more than one battery at a time?

Thanks in advance and sorry if this is in the wrong section.

first off good luck finding a charger in stores, not even a battery supply shop near me has them yet they have every battery under the sun.

i have THIS and it is very nice, seperate lights to show each batteries charge status. it doesnt show status as in like 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 but it shows charging and when each battery is done. used mine over 10 times for different batteries (16340 & 18650) and works great. charge time is roughly 1-3 hours depending on your battery. doesnt get hot or anything funky. i recommend this since it is of good quality, not as good as a nitecore, similar quality though, but also half the price as the nitecore i2. if you want to get a really good 4 battery charger then get THIS

as for as batteries goes, im guessing you have low quality ultrafire or equivalents. although these will work (i have these for 16340s and panasonic 18650s), they are not any where near the mAh they say and may not survive for long. if you want to get new batteries i suggest the panasonic 18650 and the mAh is up to you and how often you want to charge them. you can also get sanyo's but i many members prefer the panasonics

hope this helps
