I bought some gtl 2300mah 16340 batteries a few months back in preparation for my first laser build. I didnt know anything about the batteries and figured I would give them a try. Well as some of you might know these batteries are pieces of shit. I think they actually hold about 150ma of power and are pretty much useless for my 2w c6 build. I went ahead and bought a battery extender and a couple panasonic 18650's. These provide more than enough run time which is great but now I have a awkward feeling pointer.
So i am looking for some good li-ion 16340's. I bought some tenergy rcr123's life to try out. They seem to hold up but i am not getting the voltage I want.
So now I am looking for a set of 16340's. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Travis

Try some AW IMR 16340, i would prefer AW IMR 18350 instead bec they last long and they should fit. You can find them at RTDVAPOR.com thats were i got mine

The AW's are a good choice, and I'd definitely go with the 18350's if they will fit.

Another good source for the AW's is Lighthound, I've had great luck with them.
Also, if you're looking at the efest IMR18350's, NickD070, a member here at LPF sells them on his site, Innovative Lasers.
