can anyone add another resource here? I'd like to make this a sticky and have a fairly complete set of resources available without too much searching.

Good Job stevie!...

I personally would like it to be a little more biased with general statements of price, friendliness and attitude or maybe bargain or pros and cons....

That way people could save allot of headache of digging and researching...

But I know thats hard to do and still be fair.. cause one mans experience or research may not fit anothers.

I agree, there is a lot more that could be added, but I haven't dealt with all of them personally. These are the primary websites that I use to search for products. I just wanted to make a decent list so others wouldn't have to search through all the crap on Google for hours on end.

the first link to CPF is a really good list of most seller info - most people should probably start there.

I'd really appreciate any info or sites that anyone else uses frequently or has good experience with so we can update this..

It seems to me that if you're going to list WL then LC forum should be listed as well. Great list you have so far, especially with the awesome Sam's FAQ.

I wonder if DL has seen any of the WL promotion going on not only in the threads, but on the Ads by Yahoo paid clicks above! Great sports, those guys! (I hope!)

EDIT: Perhaps add a comment on the greenlasers.uk forums link that it is THE place to go for leadlight mod technical information, because it truly is!

Placebo,  I added, a forums section - let me know if there is anything else you want added.  This will make it easier for us to check other sites and keep up to date with what other people are doing.  Good suggestion

hey idk if anyone wants to add this to the list but heres a new forum started by laser ben and theyre giving away 2 free 15mw classics to members there. they are also going to be using a lot of wicked bucks in the future to have many giveaways, possibly fusions, p125, and such high powered lasers.

so im not trying to convert you or anything i still like this forum a lot just thought some of you might want to join it to try and get some free lasers! and also to help out and learn more about them.

anyway heres the link i hope some of you will find it interesting, but dont ban me or anything.

EDIT: oh ya and youre gonna need at least 20 posts to be eligable, which is rather easy to acheive. im sure the next contest after that will require at least 50 post to be eligable, but its reasonable because they dont just want people joining for the contest only.

Not trying to stir the mud, but just bring out a point that the best companies are often "rarely" in ads, as word of mouth is enough to keep them hopping.

There may be a reason they are pouring money into advertisements.

WL's strength will be with the newbies.... advertisements are their bread and butter... similar to AOL.....

I also remember when Compaq computers were in every ad, but they actually made more in their service department to bring in revenue than in their sales!... go figure!

Word of mouth hasn't been doing so hot lately!

Hmmmm - I don't agree with all that you said.....I have seen yahoo ads posting almost every company we like to deal with, including Laserglow - so just because Wicked has banner ads up above does not mean they are hurting for cash - the quality of the products will win over the experienced folks in the end though - Laserglow is damned near above reproach with their product quality, and offerings, alas poor Wicked....I knew them not ! :p
