hmm I have waited a long time for stuff from Hong Kong but it always get here I know USPS tracking is dumb, sometimes I get the thing in the mail, but tracking says it is days away or still in customs, I would not worry you will get it. You could get your laser and it still could take a week for their tracking to update depending how busy they are, I prefer UPS tracking by far, and only good thing about DHL is that they will send a package anywhere, they where the only delivery option when I was in Iraq doing the war thing. But DHL can be slow too and I had a guy try and send a bunch of AKs and old soviet grenade launchers though DHL, they caught it fast, but UPS don't check anything, so if customs misses it you get it.

when you were in iraq doing the war thing?? when you had a guy send you a bunch of AK's and grenades :wtf::gun::lasergun:

duuh i dont need to pay 160 DKK more, i need to pay 360 DKK more, and i paid 803 DKK = 104 Euro for the laser, and then 360 DKK more then i paid 1160 in all, that sucks bad.

oh and to Stix, its so the customs can see the value of my laser because i need to pay import taxes and thats 360 DKK.

Yeah, I figured that out ;-)

When I started buying lasers and parts I never even thought about customs and duty charges. Luckily, everyone I've dealt with so far seems to forget whats in the package and get the description wrong when they fill the customs declaration label in :D

im sure max marks his lasers as flashlights, thats what some other guy told me on LPF

Yeah, he does. I've still got the packaging from when I bought the 1.2W Rifle (+ ally case, lens kit, batteries,charger, flashpaper).

'flashlgiht' - '$26', it says ;-)

yes yes, but in denmark if they are unsure on what it is they open the package and they know that mine is a laser.

unlucky for u thn mte. hope enland customs doesnt do anything to my laseer. dont want to spend anymore money

There's always that risk at any customs. That's their job unfortunately.

Why do you say that? How come you're thinking customs will definately open it all of a sudden.?

It's EXTREMELY UNLIKEY you will have an customs issues.
I'd be more worried that Royal Mail will lose it :p

well il get mine in like 1-3 weeks, customs is lazy here, very lazy, and they wont send my package to UPS before i paid the money -.-

i aint worried, its just everywhere i go in this forum someone mentions the word customs, and there are many threads saying my package was ripped when i got it, and this is one of my first high power laser pointers so i dont want to lose it in shipping anywhere

dont worry mate, its like 99,9 percent that you get your package and 0.1 percent that you dont, did you order lens kit and aluminium box?
