Ok all jokes aside... This WOULD be a good idea i think... heres the LINK

I am actually thinking of purchasing it, but i would need someone in the forum to help me (charge me $) to put in Green 50mw 532nm lasers, and for it to work only when its night time..(photosensor)...

I am looking into this because around my house, in this good neighberhood, there have been robberies...:undecided: one just 3 days ago, in my neighbors house...:(

Sadly, I think it would be a bad idea. In the USA, burglars have sued — and actually WON against — homeowners due to injuries sustained while robbing their houses. But then, I see you are in Guatemala, so maybe laws are more reasonable there.

It still seems like a risky venture, since "laser" is basically a dirty word as far as most governments are concerned.

Thank you for the reply Marco, yes i know in the US the law protects intruders and jeopardizes the righteous. Thankfully here, we still kind of roll like the olden days... "the law of the gun" lets put it.

Anyways, i don't think that 30mw could do much, specially if the beam is put in a straight line... Maybe 5mw would be better.. its just a "diverter"
