30W laser, I will buy my own beam expander.

Laserbee LPM or Kenometer LPM, assuming you only have $300 to spend.
That includes Kenometer Pro? If so, I'll have that.

Speaking of Kenometers, Kenom said he'd be gone for quite a while, spoke to him the other day. Situation is bad, he's still unemployed. :(

Thumbs up, hopes high for him!

Well uh, moving on I'd guess.

Would ya rather have an endless supply of glass lenses (all coatings, as you wish), or endless supply of batteries (all sizes, and chemistries), assuming that comes in the form of a machine that simply dispenses the items, and you can have only one machine?

Lenses easily
(that 800 dollar beam expander just became free)

Would you rather have a 50mw 556nm laser or a 300mw 370nm laser?

Ill take the 300mW 370nm laser!
what fun I will have.

Would you rather have a free electron laser in your room (assuming it is small enough to fit) or a multi KW argon ion (I know im bieng rediculous about that)
but of the two.. which would you rather?

50mW 556nm.. WOW! 1nm away from peak eye sensitivity. Equals to 55 or 56mW of 532, tho.. still a interesting color ;)

@GBD
free electron laser ;)

would you have a 1.25W RGB laser (7 color select, with corrected optics, perfect blend) in a handheld, or a 200mW greenie from CNI?

1.25W rgb... I'd put analog drivers inside

so, 2x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (or simillar) connected together, or 750mW (with peak ~900mW) green RPL style laser?

It doesn't acutally have to be related to lasers. :)

Anyways, would you like...

A stable 150 mW greenie? Or a 300 mW one that frequently fluctuates in power?

300, as long as it doesn't drop below 150.

Would you rather own your own multi-million laser company or control a secret society of laser experts.

p.s. the first rule of laser club is you don't talk about laser club

The laser company, with the money I could start my own society many times over.

Would you rather a 5W c-mount (any wavelength), or a 2.5W 5.6mm (again any wavelength).

^ 2.5W 5.6mm (blue, 2.5W rated :p)
would you rather a small portable co2 (10W around) with good batts, target laser etc.. or a 200mW pure UV laser ? (fully invisible, 360nm)
