Laser Diodes & Driver

I have a couple of questions, that maybe one of the experienced guys here help me out with.

I need to run some tests, on Violet/Green/Red maybe I can include some other wavelengths, if I can get something out of them. I will buy upto 750Mw on each of them.

1. Is there a driver which I can use with all of them at different mw and I can program myself? I am trying each color at different MW to see which one works for me.

2. Where should I buy diodes and driver?

3. When is a heatsink needed? after certain MW , Wavelength, or duration of the beam? Is it for the driver, diode, or both?

4. I have my own enclosure, are there small heatsinks where the diode fits in?
